    2. The description and specification of products in the Website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes that do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

      We may correct any error appearing in the Website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.

      The colours depicted on this website may not be accurate, due to the nature of both computers operating system colour palettes and computer monitor displays.

    3. Ordering
    4. You may order products from our official website. All products are subject to availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us. We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason.

    5. Price and Payment
    6. The price of the products will be the price quoted in the email at the time we accept your order. In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the email sent to you. The amount of these charges varies according to the country of the delivery address you specify in your order. Payment is taken by our preferred electronic payment provider iPay88 at the time we accept your order.

    7. General
    8. Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under the laws of Malaysia. If there is any dispute, the Malaya Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

    9. Governing law
    10. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Malaysia.

    1. Reservation and Deposit
    2. An amount of deposit (subject to Photography Expedition, Workshop and Courses packages selected) is required upon booking. The balance is to be paid in full 31 days before the event taking place. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of reservation and a forfeiture of deposit. All the deposits are applicable for the Photography Expedition, Workshop and Courses booked only and are not transferable.

    3. Cancellation or Amendments
    4. Any Cancellation of a confirmed booking by participant must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding. Deposit paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited if participant cancels Photography Expedition, Workshop and Course Packages.

    5. Cancellation Notice
    6. Cancellation Notice Charge Per Person
      a) More than 30 days before departure 35% of all-in fare
      b) 15-30 days before departure 75% of all-in fare
      c) 00-14 days before departure 100% of all-in fare
    7. Refund on Photography Expedition and Workshop Packages
    8. As The Company is acting as an organiser for the service suppliers, all arrangements are still SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION even after a deposit or full payment has been made. When the arrangement cannot be confirmed, The Company will endeavour to notify participant as soon as possible and a full refund will be made. The Company shall henceforth not bear any other liability or responsibility.

    9. Cancellation and Returns for Photography Courses
    10. If the customer has a strong reason such as death, Covid-19, & accident, we will give 60% refund but need to have supporting documentation you can request, within 7 days of your purchase of the course, that Adam Tan Photography Academy Sdn Bhd apply a refund to your account. We reserve the right to apply for your refund as a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment processing partners. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 7 days guarantee time limit has passed. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 7-days limit. Adam Tan Photography Academy Sdn Bhd also reserves the right to refund students beyond the 7-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

      To request a refund, fill this form. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you've consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you've previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

    11. Travel Document for Oversea Photography Expeditions and Workshops
    12. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure, relevant visas and vaccinations may be required for those oversea Photography Expedition or Workshop.

      The Company will not be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of any photography expedition/workshop if participant is refused entry by any country on the Photography Expeditions or workshops for whatever reasons, including lack of entry document such as Visas and other necessary document.

    13. Travel Insurance
    14. All Participant require to purchase own travelling insurance with respect to such areas as personal accident, personal baggage,  injury and illness. Under no circumstance is The Company to be construed as a organiser under contract and no liable for safe carriage of the passenger or her/his baggage and belongings. Our staff will be pleased to assist in the enquiries of any travel insurance.

    15. Responsibility
    16. The Company acts only as an organiser for the transportation companies, hotels and other principals for the programmes. The company accepts no responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, quarantine, theft, customs regulations, strikes, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by Immigration Authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any losses or expenses are the responsibility of the passenger. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the participant.

      The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel reservations etc. If it is necessary or in the case of force majeure, The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the date of departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants (minimum 10 paying adults). Should this happen, that entire payment shall be refunded without further obligations on the part of The Company.

      The Company reserves the right to take the films and photographs of participants while on the expedition/workshop with The Company to be used for brochures, advertising or publicity material without obtaining any further consent from the participants.

      It is the prerogative of The Company to cancel the expedition or workshop in whole or in part if there is a real possibility that the life, limb or property of any person may be endangered. The Company will refund in whole or in part as the case may be, and will not be responsible for any further liability.

      Participant hereby warrant and undertake that shall not hold company its organizer and/or servants liable for any personal injury, property damage or other claims, if any, which may occur in any manner during the duration of this Photography Expedition or Workshop.
